Use this product if you wish to make changes to an existing order. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate Order Change Requests, due to the nature of our customization services, it is impossible to guarantee that every Order Change Request will be fulfilled.
If we are unable fulfill your Order Change Request, we will refund the fee and you will receive your product in the configuration as originally ordered.
Question: Why do we charge for Order Change Requests?
Answer: In order for us to offer the highest quality work within a reasonable timeframe, we have made significant investments in our workflow and machining infrastructure to streamline the online ordering and customization process. When Order Change Requests are made, the established workflow is interrupted, slowing the process down for our staff and all other customers. The order change request fee covers the additional time that our staff will allocate to your order to fulfill your requests.
