Add this option to have your slide refinished to factory specifications after milling. The durability and corrosion protection offered by black nitride treatment is unmatched by any other coating available.
You can also add Nitride treatment and Cerakote products at the same time! This way you gain the full benefit of Nitride treatment with the unlimited color and pattern options that Cerakote coating affords! Simply add both products to your order!
This service includes the installation of a new Glock OEM channel liner.
Please note: Due to the unique nature of this type of treatment process, slides are sent off to a shop that specializes in this type of refinishing. As such, we are unable to guarantee specific turnaround or lead times for this service, although in our experience the vendor we use has been very good with their quoted times.
Accordingly, please allow approximately two to three weeks of additional lead time for your order when purchasing this service.

Black nitride
Maple leaf is a top knotch company. They cut a slide and mounted an optic along with redoing the nitride finish. Everything turned out better than I thought. Highly recommend.

Shocking
At first I thought I was shipped a new slide. I could not tell it was done at all. It looked that new. Great product and service.

Black Nitride refinish on Shield Plus slide
My slide came back looking better than how I sent it. I installed my own sights and had touched-up some rub rash with a Super Black pen. I also had sealed the edges of the front sight with super glue. Maple Leaf sent my slide back to me clean and with a brand new finish on it. They do excellent work.

It sure took a long time but I get it... they're busy. Pretty flawless work though...
