Carry Essentials Package

OUTSTANDING WORK! The fit and finish of the work done to my slide is outstanding. The Holosun 507C GR fit the cut made for it like a glove. No slop, no wiggle, just fit perfect. The front cocking serrations were crisp and clean and a welcome addition to my slide. The enhanced rear cocking serrations were expertly done. The nitride finish was perfectly done and it gave my slide a truly custom look and feel. Thanks Maple Leaf, great job!! I am going to have my other Glock 35 slide done in the exact same way.

Had my glock 17 slide worked on. It already had front serrations from factory but were enhanced as were the rear serrations. Got the rmr cut and nitride refinished. All in all the wait time was well worth it because everything looks and feels perfect.

I'd like to start by saying this is my first experience with having a slide milled so I'm no expert. However I have 8yrs of cnc machining under my belt so I feel comfortable giving my opinion on the work done to my glock 19 gen 5. There were no tooling marks, scuffs, scrapes or other imperfections on my slide when it was returned to me. That includes runs on the finish and sights that were installed by maple leaf also. This package was a definite improvement over the the standard slide. I wanted a custom slide with an rmr cutout for my holosun red dot without all the windows and fancy stuff and this was perfect. Everything looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. I had some questions and my emails were answered relatively quickly and in a courteous fashion so customer service gets a 5 star as well. Will certainly use maple leaf again in the future.

Been browsing for a while. Couldn’t bring myself to order even when Valkyrie cut was intro’d. Even passed on free tourniquets... This package is everything i wanted, all together, on one page. Convenience.

There is one imperfection on the left, top chamfer cut, right next to the chamber, but it doesn’t really bother me. That’s the reason for the 4star rating though.

I sent in my G19 Gen 5 slide to have this package cut for an RMR. Instead of getting the enhanced rear serrations I had front serrations added. MAN ARE THEY AWESOME! I love press checking via the forend as I have better control over the slide in smaller movements. I also asked for enhanced top serrations and holy crap are they grippy! Sharp enough to get a really good purchase, but not sharp enough to tear your hand up. I would HIGHLY recommend this package to anyone looking to get their slide cut. There is NO compromise on quality, Maple Leaf really goes all out when it comes to making the quality top notch. The only thing I wish I did was get the “knurling” added to all the side serrations as that would’ve looked EXTRA sick! The nitride refinishing has also added to the grippyness in the slide as the factory’s gen5 nDLC is just a little too slick for solid forward aft manipulation. The finish is holding up rather well after over 200 holster draws so far too. I’m definitely sending my next slide to Maple Leaf as the work is SUPERB!!

This package is a real bargain. Excellent fit to my RMR, front serrations very nicely done, makes handling an optic equipped gun a little nicer, nitride refinish looks great! Fast turnaround time, great service. Have recommended Maple Leaf and this package to several friends.
