Carry Essentials Package

My primary objective was to obtain an optic cut for my Glock. When researching the Maple Leaf website I noted the sale price of the Carry Essentials package which included all the items I was looking for, cut/finish/installing suppressor sights, and also would include slide serrations for a great value price. I selected this and I'm very pleased with the look and finish of all the included items.

The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 is because it took a 8 weeks to get my slide back, and I would mike to see a little more communication on the progress. The only thing I got on progress was an email saying my slide was received, then that the work was completed and is being shipped. Maybe some feedback on when it’s received, when the milling work is beginning, when the finishing work is beginning, finally when the work is complete and shipping.

Other than the logistics stuff, everything else went great. The milling work came out beautiful. The front serrations look completely factory made, and it really enhances the look and gives it nice grip for press checks. The DLC finish I chose looks pretty much like the factory finish. Turned out great. Time will tell how well it holds up to use.

So far I’m very pleased with the work. While the time to complete it was on the long side, it was definitely shorter than other places I checked. Some were as far as 10 months. I would recommend Maple leaf Firearms to my friends, and I would definitely use them again.

Very happy about my milling and coating performed on my slides. The Nitride appears to be of quality workmanship compared to OEM. Battle worn was a cool add on as well.

The tolerance of the cut for my RMRcc is as close to perfect as you could get. Slide milling and cerakote look great. Very Happy Customer

Fit and finish is beyond my expectations. Love how they keep the lettering even with the added front serrations. Highly recommend these guys for your slide work!

Great product, wish the processing time wasn’t so long

This is my fourth Glock I had Mapleleaf do an optics cut on and they do an outstanding job each and every time. So much so that I recommended them to my friend and he had his Glock done too. Great company, great service, great product!!
